Actually I'm not too confident to share my evaluation sheet to you because I did not get the high score for my teaching practice in PSU, but my mentor told me that the score can motivate me to learn more, to get my skill in teaching better in the future and to increase my confidence in teaching.

Mr. Jerome gave me 3 copies of evaluation sheet:
- When I taught about Vectors and Vector Addition
- When I taught about Components Vector
- When I taught about SI Prefixes, Scientific Notation, and Unit Vector
And all of my scores and the average are showed in this report below
Although my mentor give me not too high score but he always congratulate me in Advance. He also gave me some advices "Hello Amalia. You know I've learned something from you also, I'll be better next time so that my student teacher would appreciate the profession. Keep it up. You have a very adorable personality which will surely motivate the learners to study. I know you'll be a good, committed, and dedicated teacher soon. Always make good. Hopefully you enjoyed your stay here in Philippines. Good luck. Thank you Amalia".
Mr. Jerome Never called me Nadya but he always called me by Amalia. He said that "Yeah. Because I think Amalia is a very beautiful name which suits you. 😊 That's why I prefer to call you Amalia."
I give my monthly status report during SEA Teacher to my supervising instructor and it was signed by him. The monthly report tells what I've done in every week with the desription of activities.
Okay, based on my experience I can suggest you the next SEA Teacher students that you should prepare everything for your practice teaching so you can get all of your goals and receive the high score in the evaluation. You should do your lesson plan, preparing the media, master the subject that you wan to teach, discuss with your friend, asking the supervising instructor for something that you did not understand well, you try to teach in the dorm before taching the real students, and be focus!
